In order to meet your customers' ever-increasing expectations for reliable and transparent delivery, we have expanded our product portfolio to include live tracking.
Tourbo.track is available to your customers in the form of a web application that can be used both on PC workstations and on all mobile devices such as tablets or smartphones. Here, your customers can independently check the delivery status and estimated time of arrival (ETA monitoring) of their delivery during and after the tour has been completed.
Tourbo.track is available in three versions: Basic, Custom, and Website.
Tracking page in classic design
The temporary access code is automatically sent to the customer to whom the goods are to be delivered when notification of delivery or collection is sent.
Your customers will be provided with the following information on the tracking page:
- Sender name
- Recipient name
- Delivery vehicle registration number
- Planned, currently predicted delivery time or timestamp of the actual delivery
- If available: Distance of the truck from the delivery location (as the crow flies)
- If available: Timestamp of the last update of the information
- Contact person in your logistics department for customer inquiries
- Optional, if desired: Map section showing the vehicle and the delivery location
With the Tourbo.track Basic version, your customer receives a link via notification and is directed to the Tourbo.track tracking website to view current information about the delivery. This website is hosted by Tourbosoft.
Tracking page customizable
We now also design the tracking page individually for you. With your logo, desired photo, and company colors, you get a customized Tourbo.track.
Delivery tracking integrated into your company website
With this option, your customer receives a tracking link via notification and is directed to your company's website to view current information about the delivery. This allows you to generate more traffic to your company website.
This website is hosted by your company and you can design it however you want. Tourbo.track is fully integrated into your website. The necessary data is provided to you via an interface (web API), which returns the tracking data in JSON format. You can then display this data on your website in a customer-friendly way using appropriate logic.
The added bonus of interesting information
With Tourbo.track+, you can also show your customers the exact location of the goods, photographic evidence, and the order items with any quantity corrections made by the driver.
